Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational, personalized, and authentic makeup application and consultation services to customers
- Deliver in-store beauty education and demonstrations that align with brand values and product knowledge
- Collaborate with the team to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to compete effectively
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
- Work flexibly across retail hours including daytime, evening, weekend, and special event shifts
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
