Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized in-store makeup consultation and application services to educate and inspire customers
- Deliver welcoming and authentic customer experiences that reflect brand values and drive customer loyalty
- Execute in-store events and product demonstrations to create impact and drive sales
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising throughout the retail space to differentiate the brand
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing sales team to meet store performance objectives
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrable high level of creative and technical makeup expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
