M·A·C seeks a Makeup Artist to deliver personalised customer experiences through makeup artistry, support in-store events and uphold visual merchandising standards. The role is part-time and includes a competitive industry salary, commission scheme, product discount, and training and development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver an inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical makeup expertise and passion for people to create a welcoming, personalised in-store experience.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to distinguish the store from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Flexible availability across days and hours; availability can be discussed with the hiring manager before or during the interview.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country.
