MAC seeks a Makeup Artist in London to deliver personalised customer experiences, contribute to in-store events and maintain visual merchandising standards. Makeup artistry certification or retail makeup experience is preferred, though applicants with amateur experience and strong creative and technical expertise are welcome; the role is part-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalised in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical makeup expertise to provide personalised customer service.
- Work collaboratively with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain the store’s visual merchandising standards.
Qualifications
- A makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are also welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the UK if invited to interview.
