MAC Makeup Artist position, 10 hours per week at Victoria Square Belfast. Part-time retail beauty role with training and development opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application and consultation services to customers using expert technical and creative expertise
- Educate customers on makeup techniques, product benefits, and color coordination to enhance their purchasing decisions
- Execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities to drive customer engagement and brand awareness
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to align with MAC's premium brand positioning
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions
- Deliver exceptional, authentic customer service in a fast-paced retail environment across all shifts including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry qualification or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated creative and technical expertise in makeup application at professional or amateur level
- Proven ability to deliver personalized, inspirational, and authentic customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom
