MAC Beauty Advisor position in London. Part-time retail role combining makeup artistry and customer service within prestige beauty.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative, personalized makeup application and beauty services to enhance the customer experience
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and brand offerings
- Execute and support in-store events and promotional activities to drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store appearance to ensure competitive positioning

Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale (POS) software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

While previous retail makeup experience is desirable, candidates with amateur-level experience demonstrating high creative and technical expertise are welcome. Experience in customer-facing retail roles is advantageous.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent is expected.
