Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, inspirational in-store makeup consultations and product demonstrations to customers
- Educate customers on makeup application techniques and product benefits through engaging interactions
- Coordinate and execute in-store events and promotions to drive brand engagement and sales impact
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and point-of-sale displays to differentiate the brand competitively
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to achieve store performance objectives
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or prior retail makeup experience (preferred; not mandatory)
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Qualification in makeup artistry and/or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are also welcome.
Education
Qualification in makeup artistry is desirable but not required.
