Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets
- Support the Store Manager in store operations and team performance management
- Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service delivery
- Manage retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Oversee point-of-sale transactions and financial reconciliation

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Previous supervisory experience with a demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring
- Strong retail operations knowledge including inventory management and cash handling
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Willingness to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and special events
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
