Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver creative and technical makeup artistry services with a focus on customer education and personalization
- Provide inspirational and authentic customer service experiences that align with brand prestige and values
- Participate in and support in-store events and activations to drive brand engagement and sales impact
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate against competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software and process transactions accurately
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing retail team to achieve store objectives
Qualifications
- Make-up artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred, though amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise is welcome
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including daytime, evening, weekend, and special event shifts
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
Skills
Experience
While certification in makeup artistry and previous retail makeup experience is preferred, applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise are encouraged to apply.
Education
Makeup artistry certification is desirable but not required; alternative qualifications in beauty or related disciplines are considered.
