LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks Retail Manager for Travel Retail operations in London. Lead teams, drive sales performance, and manage store excellence across premium beauty brands.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement commercial strategy for each brand and define sales targets (sell-out) by shop in collaboration with the Area Manager
  • Analyze performance by brand and category against budgets and objectives, proposing corrective action plans
  • Conduct regular store visits to identify growth drivers and areas for improvement
  • Supervise store replenishment and optimize product launches, commercial activations, and seasonal highlights
  • Oversee recruitment, evaluation, and development of Beauty Advisors, spending considerable time in-store coaching and developing teams
  • Ensure accurate skills development pathways in collaboration with LVMH Fragrance Brands trainers
  • Organize work schedules based on passenger traffic and business needs, ensuring event and key period coverage
  • Engage and motivate retailer sales teams around launches and commercial activations
  • Create a collaborative and positive environment that fosters engagement and collective performance
  • Implement merchandising planograms and optimize placement of communication materials and testers
  • Deploy the commercial and marketing activation calendar, coordinating product launches and innovations
  • Measure campaign performance and propose recommendations based on results
  • Serve as primary field contact for Travel Retail retailers and temporary employment agencies
  • Develop partnership relations with store managers and key stakeholders in the Travel Retail network
  • Track performance KPIs and prepare regular business reviews with management
  • Produce recommendations based on sales data and market trends

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Travel Retail
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, Luxury, Beauty or related discipline
  • Relevant professional qualifications in Retail Management, Leadership or Business Management
  • Strong affinity with beauty, fragrance, cosmetics, and luxury sectors
  • Excellent understanding of airport network dynamics and challenges

Relevant professional qualifications in Retail Management, Leadership or Business Management are highly desirable. Additional qualifications or training in Beauty, Cosmetics, Luxury Retail or Customer Experience would be advantageous.
