Givenchy Ambassador – Luxury Fragrance Retail Sales Role in Cardiff, Wales | Full-Time Position at Boots & John Lewis
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through compelling storytelling and exceptional service delivery
- Approach guests proactively to build genuine connections and understand their fragrance preferences
- Maintain current product knowledge, including new launches and creative applications
- Ensure store standards through stock replenishment, visual merchandising, and counter presentation
- Embody the Givenchy brand as an ambassador with impeccable grooming and professional conduct
- Work flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings as required
- Foster effective in-store relationships with retail partners and team members
- Plan and execute in-store events and product demonstrations
- Drive sales performance and consistently exceed individual targets
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in sales, retail, or customer-facing roles
- Proven ability to engage customers authentically and build rapport
- Strong understanding of fragrance categories, notes, and customer segmentation
- Demonstrated sales achievement and target attainment
- Ability to work flexibly across weekends and evenings
Skills
Experience
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in retail sales, fragrance, or luxury goods customer engagement.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; additional training in cosmetics, fragrance, or luxury retail is advantageous.
