Givenchy Fragrance Consultant role at Boots Oxford Street, London. Full-time beauty retail position with excellent training and career development opportunities.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve all retail sales targets and KPIs including average transaction value, average transaction units, seated services, VIP client acquisition, and return appointment bookings
- Deliver daily traffic-stopping techniques to generate foot traffic and convert customers into sales
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Givenchy brand ethos, artistic direction, and product portfolio
- Provide expert application guidance and education on all Givenchy fragrance and beauty products
- Adhere strictly to merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards
- Support major sales and marketing activities both in-store and at external events
- Collaborate with the Account Manager and Area Manager to ensure smooth account operations
- Maintain compliance with company policies, store standards, and all applicable regulations
Qualifications
- Proven retail or beauty industry experience, ideally in fragrance or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated competent makeup application skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
