Givenchy Fragrance Ambassador - temporary full-time role at Boots and John Lewis, London. Drive sales and represent the iconic brand across White City locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Givenchy brand ethos, artistic direction, and fragrance heritage
- Achieve retail sales targets and key performance indicators including average transaction value, units per transaction, and client return appointments
- Execute traffic-stopping demonstrations and drive conversions through expert product application and consultation
- Deliver exceptional customer service with proficient application of all Givenchy fragrance and beauty products
- Maintain strict adherence to merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards
- Support major sales and marketing campaigns across in-store and out-of-store activities
- Collaborate with Account Manager and Area Manager to ensure seamless account operations
- Comply with all company policies, store procedures, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
- Self-motivated with strong target-driven approach
- Competent makeup application skills
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Passion for fragrance and beauty
Skills
Experience
Entry-level retail experience in fragrance or beauty industry is preferred; beginner-level retail sector background acceptable with demonstrated passion for fragrance
