Role & Responsibilities

• Proactively sell Givenchy and Kenzo products and deliver luxury-standard customer service.
• Understand and achieve or exceed sales targets set by the line manager.
• Proactively cross-sell across product categories to increase average transaction value (ATV) and units per transaction (UPT).
• Build comprehensive knowledge of Givenchy and Kenzo products, recommend personalised products, and confidently and appropriately address customer objections.
• Demonstrate products to clients and explain each product’s benefits confidently.
• Initiate contact with customers and welcome them at the counter and through traffic-stopping activity.
• Identify, understand and reformulate client needs.
• Develop client relationships and build loyalty.
• Educate clients about Givenchy and Kenzo products and the brands.
• Meet the Mystery Shopping target.
• Participate in merchandise management and ensure it follows corporate guidelines.
• Monitor stock levels, report issues to the line manager and ensure sufficient stock levels.
• Complete assigned operational and administrative tasks.
• Represent Givenchy and Kenzo as a brand ambassador at all times.
• Follow company procedures and policies outlined in the employee handbook.
• Build relationships with store management and follow store policies and procedures.
• Carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience.
• Tenacious, with a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customers receive the best luxury service.
• Agile and flexible, as the role spans multiple stores.
• Driven and results-oriented, with an ability to grow the business through events and counter activity.
• Self-confident, able to approach and engage customers comfortably, use strong selling skills to pursue additional sales, communicate excellently and identify products suited to customer needs.
• Immaculately groomed and presented, embodying the elegance associated with Givenchy and Kenzo.
