Givenchy seeks a Beauty Ambassador for its Fenwick, Brent Cross counter in London. The permanent, full-time role is 37.5 hours across five days, focused on customer service, fragrance and beauty expertise, store standards and in-store events; competitive salary and commission are offered alongside uniform, product allocation, company pension, career development and an Employee Assistance Programme.
Role & Responsibilities
- Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through storytelling while providing outstanding customer service.
- Approach customers and build genuine connections.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, new fragrances and creative ideas.
- Maintain store standards, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
- Deliver luxury experiences and advise customers on Givenchy Beauty products.
- Build effective in-store relationships.
- Plan and deliver in-store events.
Qualifications
- A can-do attitude and the highest grooming standards.
- A passion for exceeding targets.
- Flexibility to work retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
- Confidence advising on prestige fragrance and makeup products.
- Previous sales or retail experience is an advantage.
