Role & Responsibilities

  • Recruit, lead, and motivate the team while driving closely their performance and development
  • Promote exceptional relationship-building with current and new clients through elevated client experience and clienteling initiatives to foster local and international client base growth
  • Drive sales performance by setting and achieving team sales targets whilst maintaining comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, storytelling, and savoir-faire
