Louis Vuitton Team Manager position in London. Lead retail operations, drive sales, and deliver luxury client experiences in a permanent, full-time role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Recruit, lead, and motivate the team while driving closely their performance and development
- Promote exceptional relationship-building with current and new clients through elevated client experience and clienteling initiatives to foster local and international client base growth
- Drive sales performance by setting and achieving team sales targets whilst maintaining comprehensive knowledge of product offerings, storytelling, and savoir-faire
- Oversee operational processes, inventory management, visual merchandising standards, and ensure full compliance with brand and operational guidelines
