Louis Vuitton Client Development Manager role in London, driving clienteling, CRM and VIC engagement across the store network.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement omnichannel client development strategies to grow and retain the local client base, maximize conversion and long-term client value, and cultivate VIC relationships through appointments and engagement across in-store, digital, international-event and exclusive brand-experience touchpoints.
  • Ensure existing clienteling tools are available and used effectively in store, including ICON, MyCC, LV Publishing and LV Catalogue; provide guidance and training, and share usage best practices.
  • Support the implementation of new clienteling tools and coordinate their rollout across the retail network.
  • Gather store feedback on existing tools and business needs, share it with the EMEA Zone, and provide agreed local solutions or adaptations where necessary.
  • Champion a clienteling culture and coach the team to build, develop and retain long-term client relationships.
  • Share best practices and support Client Advisors in meeting individual client development objectives through regular floor presence, team briefings and targeted coaching.
  • Serve as the key contact between the Client Service Centre and the store, ensuring efficient resolution and follow-up of client queries.
  • Support the organization and execution of client and press events, private appointments and in-store experiences.
  • Set store clienteling priorities and activities with the Store Manager and Client Manager, aligned with business objectives and available budgets.
  • Work with the sales team on client-targeting strategies and invitations for store events and activations.
  • Support the delivery and follow-up of clienteling initiatives, aiming for strong attendance, engagement and measurable business results.
  • Contribute to targeted client communications, including mailings, e-mailings and personalized outreach.
  • Develop the store’s top clients through personalized, memorable in-store experiences.
  • Identify high-potential clients and support Client Advisors with client recruitment and long-term relationship building.
  • Coordinate client gifting in line with brand guidelines and store client development priorities.
  • Identify and nominate suitable clients for exclusive brand experiences, events and special activations.
  • Use CRM tools and client data to generate insights and actionable recommendations that support store performance.
  • Maintain high standards of data capture and quality, coaching the team on client data collection and maintenance.
  • Promote and optimize DREAM usage through training and ongoing team support.
  • Review the store’s client portfolio to identify recruitment, retention and reactivation opportunities.
  • Monitor the performance and ROI of clienteling actions and adjust strategies to maximize results.
  • Support client segmentation, profiling and targeting for effective, personalized outreach.
  • Review client allocation across the team to support balanced ownership and continuity, including transitions when team members leave.
  • Coach and support Client Advisors in developing clienteling habits and daily best practices.
  • Foster a collaborative, client-focused team culture and motivate the team to achieve store and client development objectives.
  • Deliver on-floor coaching and training in CRM tools, clienteling techniques and personalized client engagement.
  • Ensure team members embody brand values and deliver exceptional client experiences aligned with store strategy.
  • Manage other client touchpoints to enhance the client experience.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is unavailable.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating shift pattern, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, and across the London store network as business needs require.
