Loro Piana Store Manager position in London—lead retail operations, drive sales, and manage a luxury team in this full-time permanent role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Drive store top-line sales by identifying market trends and opportunities, and developing key product categories in collaboration with relevant functions
- Implement strategic action plans aligned with business objectives to enhance sales performance and monitor results against KPIs
- Build and cultivate a strong client base, leveraging available resources to maximize relationship development and client lifetime value
- Lead team coaching and continuous feedback mechanisms to drive performance, innovation, and an entrepreneurial culture
- Identify individual team strengths and development areas, creating tailored development plans in partnership with stakeholders
