The Retail Team Manager leads a sales-floor team at Loro Piana in London, driving sales performance, client experience, team development and operational standards. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent Loro Piana to clients, conveying the Maison’s warmth, courtesy, elegance, heritage and cultural values.
- Share enthusiasm for Loro Piana’s heritage, stories and products, promoting their craftsmanship, uniqueness and exceptional value.
- Maintain high standards of store environment, visual presentation and operational excellence.
- Drive sales performance in the assigned area by setting targets, monitoring results and implementing improvement actions.
- Collaborate with merchandising and store teams to optimize assortment, product placement and business opportunities.
- Oversee daily area operations, including smooth execution and stock management, in alignment with procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, supporting efficient workflows and coordination with operations teams.
- Promote a strong client experience and client-centric culture, using client feedback and service tools to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Guide team members in delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience.
- Recruit, lead and develop the team through coaching, training and performance feedback to support engagement and growth.
