Loro Piana is seeking a Client Advisor for its Harrods location in London to achieve individual and store objectives, deliver tailored client experiences, build a client book and support visual merchandising and inventory tasks. The role is permanent and full-time.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives.
- Build emotional connections with clients to deliver exceptional, tailored and memorable experiences.
- Develop meaningful, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication by email, phone, messages and other channels.
- Grow a client book and maintain accurate client profiles using company systems.
- Understand and confidently communicate the brand’s history and heritage.
- Present product categories through expert knowledge and compelling storytelling.
- Contribute collaboratively to store-wide activities and shared objectives.
- Support visual merchandising in accordance with Loro Piana guidelines.
- Maintain pristine product presentation and organization across front- and back-of-house areas.
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including Loro Piana’s grooming and behavior standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar retail environment.
- Client-centric mindset and a passion for consistently exceeding expectations.
- Track record of achieving individual targets and contributing to collective team results.
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable and empathetic approach to clients and team members.
- Strong commercial mindset and ability to achieve performance goals while maintaining a collaborative team spirit.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and nurture a client portfolio.
- Flexible, agile and creative approach, with an inclusive and open-minded mindset.
- Passion for and knowledge of the products and luxury industry.
- Committed team player with a collaborative approach across key stakeholders.
- Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
