Loro Piana seeks a Client Advisor for its Harrods team in London to deliver tailored client experiences, develop lasting relationships and achieve individual and store objectives. The role also supports visual merchandising, product presentation and inventory management. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store objectives.
- Engage with clients on an emotional level to deliver tailored, exceptional and memorable experiences.
- Build meaningful, long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Maintain client relationships through regular communication by email, phone and messages.
- Develop and grow a client portfolio, keeping client profiles accurate in company systems.
- Understand and confidently communicate Loro Piana’s history and heritage.
- Present product categories through expert knowledge and compelling storytelling.
- Contribute collaboratively to store activities and shared objectives.
- Support visual merchandising in line with Loro Piana guidelines.
- Maintain impeccable product presentation and organisation across front- and back-of-house areas.
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including Loro Piana’s grooming and conduct standards.

- Proven experience in a similar retail environment.
- Client-centric mindset and passion for consistently exceeding expectations.
- Track record of achieving individual targets and contributing to team results.
- Confident, service-oriented, adaptable and empathetic approach to clients and colleagues.

- Passion for and knowledge of the products and luxury industry.
