Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual and store sales objectives through consistent client engagement and conversion
- Connect with clients on an emotional level to deliver exceptional, tailored, and unforgettable experiences
- Cultivate meaningful, long-lasting client relationships through proactive engagement and regular communication
- Develop and grow client portfolio whilst maintaining accurate client profiles using company systems
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of brand heritage and product categories through expert storytelling
- Act as a collaborative team member, actively contributing to store-wide initiatives and shared objectives
- Support visual merchandising activities in accordance with Loro Piana guidelines
- Maintain pristine product presentation and organization across front and back-of-house areas
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house operational tasks
- Adhere to company policies and Loro Piana standards regarding grooming and professional behaviour
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in luxury retail or similar high-end client-facing environment
- Client-centric mindset with demonstrated passion for exceeding service expectations
- Proven track record of achieving individual targets and contributing to collective team results
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build and nurture client portfolios
- Deep passion for and knowledge of luxury products and the luxury industry
- Strong collaborative approach with key stakeholders and team members
