L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model consistently across assigned stores, providing each customer with a premium, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate products, share brand heritage and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet customer needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe and deliver a luxurious customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards at each supported location.
• Stay informed about makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Contribute to individual and counter sales goals across supported stores, as agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in-store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform customers about upcoming in-store events, regional promotions and brand activations across the assigned territory.
• Design and deliver engaging events and animations that generate interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands across multiple locations.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Travel between and support designated retail counters, adapting to different teams and store layouts.
• Participate in team activities across multiple locations and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, including travel and scheduling logs, online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards at supported counters, keeping them clean, organized and inviting.

• Passion for beauty and the ability to provide personalized advice, share expertise and help customers find products that empower them.
• Ability to build authentic relationships, make customers feel comfortable, understand their individual style and help them create a beauty routine that expresses who they are.
• Active on social media and knowledgeable about current makeup and beauty trends; able to connect with people online and in person and build a skincare community.
• Driven, ambitious and comfortable adapting to different store environments, creating in-store experiences and achieving results.
• Enthusiasm for representing L’Oréal Luxe brands and their mission and values across assigned locations.
• Organized, adaptable team player comfortable travelling between multiple store locations within the designated region.
