L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model across assigned stores, providing each customer with a premium, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate products, share brand heritage and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet customer needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe and uphold luxury service and merchandising standards at each supported location.
• Maintain knowledge of makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Contribute to individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager across supported stores.
• Build authentic customer relationships in-store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform customers about upcoming in-store events, regional promotions and brand activations across the assigned territory.
• Design and deliver engaging events and animations that generate customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands across multiple locations.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
• Travel between and support designated retail counters, adapting to different teams and store layouts.
• Participate in team efforts across locations and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, including travel and scheduling logs, online and offline, using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain hygiene and housekeeping standards at supported counters, keeping each environment clean, organized and inviting.

• Passion for beauty and the ability to share expertise, offer personalized advice and help customers find products that empower them.
• Ability to build authentic customer relationships, understand individual style and help customers create beauty routines that express who they are.
• Active on social media and up to date with makeup and beauty trends; able to engage customers online and in person and build a skincare community.
• Driven, ambitious and eager to adapt to different store environments, create innovative in-store experiences and achieve results.
• Enthusiasm for L’Oréal Luxe brands and mission, with the ability to represent the brands across assigned locations.
• Organized, adaptable and comfortable travelling between multiple store locations within the designated region.
