About L’Oréal Luxe
L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
The Beauty Advisor delivers the One Luxe service experience, provides tailored product expertise, builds client relationships, meets sales targets, supports brand events and digital advocacy, and maintains counter standards. This is a permanent, part-time role at 22.5 hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the One Luxe service model, providing every customer with a premium, personalized experience.
- Demonstrate products, immerse customers in brand heritage, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet their needs.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering luxurious service and upholding merchandising standards.
- Stay informed about makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Achieve individual and counter sales targets agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
- Design and deliver engaging events and animations that generate interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
- Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly online and offline administrative tasks using Tamigo and One Retail.
- Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards, keeping the counter clean, organized, and inviting.

- Active on social media and knowledgeable about current makeup and beauty trends; able to connect with people online and in person and build a skincare community.
