L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model consistently across assigned store locations, providing each customer with a premium, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate products, introduce customers to brand heritage, and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet their needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxury customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards at each supported location.
• Maintain knowledge of current makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
• Contribute consistently to individual and counter sales goals across supported stores, as agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in-store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Support and inform customers about upcoming in-store events, regional promotions and brand activations across the assigned territory.
• Design and deliver innovative, engaging events and animations that generate customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands across multiple locations.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
• Travel between and support designated retail counters within the assigned area, adapting to different team dynamics and store layouts.
• Participate in team efforts across multiple locations and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks, including travel and scheduling logs, online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards across supported counters, keeping them clean, organized and inviting.

• Ability to build authentic relationships, help customers feel comfortable, understand their individual style and develop beauty routines that express their identity.
• Active social media presence and awareness of current makeup and beauty trends; ability to connect with people online and in person and build a skincare community.
• Drive, ambition and enthusiasm for challenges, adapting to different store environments, creating innovative in-store experiences and achieving results.
• Commitment to L’Oréal Luxe’s mission and values, with enthusiasm for representing its brands across assigned locations.
• Organization, adaptability and comfort traveling between multiple store locations within the designated region.
