The Beauty Advisor provides personalised luxury consultations across skincare, make-up and fragrances, delivers exceptional customer service and achieves sales targets at a L’Oréal Travel Retail counter. The permanent, full-time role is based in London and requires flexibility for evenings, weekends and holidays; training and development opportunities are available.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to L’Oréal Group customers and achieve sales targets.
- Generate sales by applying multi-brand selling methods, product knowledge and the basic service flow.
- Share L’Oréal Group beauty with more travellers through relevant traffic stopping.
- Connect with clients, provide attentive care and suitable solutions, and deliver after-sales service.
- Maintain the counter and store’s quality, appearance and cleanliness; follow merchandising guidelines and ensure products are available on shelves.
- Build positive relationships with airport floor managers and head office.
- Represent the brand through attitude, eventing and on-brand grooming.
- Convey passion and demonstrate strong storytelling.
Qualifications
- Able to work flexibly during retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Eager to learn fundamental product knowledge, including product features, benefits and usage, as well as application techniques.
- Comfortable using POS software and other digital systems required to run the counter.
