L’Oréal Luxe is hiring a full-time Beauty Advisor on a permanent contract for its Boots Clayton Square counter in Liverpool, working 37.5 hours. The role delivers personalized luxury beauty service, builds customer relationships, drives sales and events, represents the brands across social media, and maintains counter and administrative standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the One Luxe service model, providing every customer with a premium, personalized experience.
- Demonstrate products, introduce customers to brand heritage, and share tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet their needs.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxury customer experience through personalized service and merchandising standards.
- Stay informed about makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Consistently achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
- Design and deliver engaging events and animations that build customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in accordance with company guidelines.
- Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, keeping the counter clean, organized and inviting.
