L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.

Role & Responsibilities

• Deliver the One Luxe service model consistently, providing each customer with a premium, personalised experience.
• Demonstrate products, bring brand heritage to life, and share tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques that meet customer needs.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering a luxurious customer experience through personalised service and merchandising standards.
• Stay informed about makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalised recommendations.
• Meet individual and counter sales targets agreed with the line manager.
• Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
• Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
• Design and deliver engaging events and animations that build customer interest in L’Oréal Luxe brands.
• Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
• Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
• Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
• Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards and keep the counter clean, organised and inviting.

• Passion for beauty and the ability to share expertise through personalised advice and product recommendations.
• Ability to build authentic relationships, make customers feel comfortable, understand their individual style and help them develop a beauty routine that expresses who they are.
• Active on social media and up to date with makeup and beauty trends, with the ability to connect with people online and in person and build a skincare community.
• Driven, ambitious and motivated by challenges, with enthusiasm for creating innovative in-store experiences and achieving results.
• Commitment to L’Oréal Luxe’s mission and values, with enthusiasm for representing its brands.
