L’Oréal Luxe is hiring a part-time Beauty Advisor for a permanent, 24-hour-per-week role at Boots in Harrogate. The advisor delivers personalized service, develops customer relationships, achieves sales targets, creates engaging events, represents the brands across social media, and maintains counter and administrative standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the One Luxe service model, providing each customer with a premium, personalized experience.
- Demonstrate products, bring brand heritage to life, and share tailored product knowledge, tips, and techniques to meet customer needs.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering luxurious service and upholding merchandising standards.
- Stay informed about makeup, skincare, and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalized recommendations.
- Meet individual and counter sales targets agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions, and brand activations.
- Design and deliver engaging events and animations that build customer interest and excitement for L’Oréal Luxe brands.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms, sharing expertise in line with company guidelines.
- Participate in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly online and offline administrative tasks using Tamigo and One Retail.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping, keeping the counter clean, organized, and inviting.
