L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
L’Oréal Luxe is seeking a Beauty Activator to deliver One Luxe retail excellence, lead in-store events and coaching, and build customer loyalty through service, CRM and data capture. The permanent, full-time role requires flexible weekend availability and travel across the UK, including overnight stays.
Role & Responsibilities
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands as a Brand Ambassador, following One Luxe selling steps, service standards and retail excellence practices.
- Drive retail performance through service and events, achieving One Luxe KPIs and event targets.
- Lead and motivate store teams, share expertise and best practices, and support their retail achievements.
- Lead by example in stores, including top doors, and drive retail performance when not delivering events or coaching.
- Motivate teams through engaging content on internal Luxe platforms.
- Build strong relationships with in-store teams and influence key stakeholders across the business.
- Plan and prioritise in-store events alongside retail and education priorities, maximising time and impact across stores.
- Share detailed feedback, key learnings and new initiatives regularly.
- Represent One Luxe at external events when required.
- Stay current with makeup, skincare, fragrance and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalised recommendations.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
- Drive CRM and data capture at events and store visits to increase customer loyalty.
- Create social media content and demonstrate a strong on-camera presence.
- Deliver exceptional consumer experiences and contribute to regional retail performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success delivering retail KPIs and driving retail performance through events, alongside exceptional customer service.
- Flexible availability in line with business needs, including weekends.
- Comfort travelling across the UK and staying overnight.
