About L’Oréal Luxe
L’Oréal Luxe is the L’Oréal division responsible for luxury fragrance, makeup and skincare. It operates beauty houses including Lancôme, Kiehl’s and Aesop, and develops products under licence for fashion houses including Prada and Giorgio Armani.
The Artistry Expert delivers personalised beauty advice and product storytelling, builds customer relationships across in-store and digital channels, and drives individual and counter sales while maintaining counter standards. This is a permanent, full-time position at 37.5 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver the One Luxe service model, providing every customer with a premium, personalised experience.
- Demonstrate products, share brand heritage and provide tailored product knowledge, tips and techniques to meet customer needs.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe as a brand ambassador, delivering luxurious service and upholding merchandising standards.
- Stay informed about makeup, skincare and wellness trends to provide expert advice and personalised recommendations.
- Achieve individual and counter sales goals agreed with the line manager.
- Build authentic customer relationships in store and through digital channels to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Inform new and existing customers about upcoming in-store events, promotions and brand activations.
- Represent L’Oréal Luxe brands and share expertise on internal and external social media platforms in line with company guidelines.
- Participate actively in team efforts and complete required training to maintain current product knowledge and brand expertise.
- Complete daily and weekly administrative tasks online and offline using Tamigo and One Retail.
- Maintain high hygiene and housekeeping standards, keeping the counter clean, organised and inviting.
