The Retail Team Leader supports LOEWE’s store management with daily team leadership, operational duties, and sales, while helping the team meet its objectives and delivering exceptional client service. This is a permanent, full-time, on-site position requiring a minimum of five years’ experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist store management with the day-to-day management of the team.
- Act as Manager on Duty when management is absent.
- Open and close the store in the absence of management.
- Support management in delivering team training and coaching.
- Achieve individual and team objectives as an engaged team player.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, listening to, assisting, and advising clients, while exceeding their expectations.
- Share LOEWE’s brand history and heritage with the team and clients.
- Use product knowledge to highlight product categories and cross-sell and upsell.
- Engage with diverse clients, put them at ease, and develop lasting relationships.
- Develop and grow a client book, updating client information in the relevant company tools.
- Participate and collaborate in store activities that contribute to overall objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s visual standards.
- Maintain products efficiently and keep front- and back-of-house areas clean, secure, and organized.
- Support inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Follow company policies and procedures, including LOEWE’s grooming and conduct standards.

- Experience in a similar retail role.
- A deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Experience working with and leading a diverse, dynamic team.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire the team to perform at its best.
- Ability to adapt comfortably and connect with different employees and clients.
- Effective communication skills and sensitivity in building and maintaining a client book.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset and a strong team-player attitude.
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
- Fluent English; an additional language is a bonus.
