LOEWE Perfumes Beauty Consultant, Liberty London. Full-time retail sales role promoting luxury fragrances and skincare.
Role & Responsibilities
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them both at counter and through traffic-stopping engagement
- Identify, understand, and reformulate customer needs to propose personalized fragrance recommendations
- Propose and demonstrate LOEWE products with emphasis on fragrance and complementary beauty offerings
- Develop personal and durable relationships with customers through the IT loyalty program, sampling, and personalized service
- Achieve retail sales targets on a monthly basis
- Educate customers about LOEWE products and brand heritage
- Participate in counter merchandising maintenance according to corporate guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report inventory issues to Counter Manager
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Sales experience in beauty or luxury retail
- Beauty background or product knowledge
- Target-oriented mindset with proven ability to achieve sales goals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team player with positive, flexible attitude
Skills
Experience
Beginner-level experience in beauty or retail sales is acceptable; candidates with background in luxury fragrance or prestige cosmetics are preferred.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent; beauty certification or fragrance training is advantageous but not required.
