Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations
- Lead sales team members by example, demonstrating the coaching and mentoring behaviours required to deliver personalized customer service
- Execute start and end of day cash reconciliation with precision and accuracy
- Open and close the store on a rostered basis, ensuring all security and operational protocols are followed
- Drive achievement of sales and customer service targets through inspirational leadership
- Provide authentic, consultative customer service that reflects the brand values of Le Labo
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in retail, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Prior retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is desirable.
Education
No formal educational requirements specified; however, strong numeracy and literacy skills are expected.
