Role & Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store customer service that educates and delights clients
- Combine creative and technical expertise to deliver authentic, consultative experiences
- Collaborate with team members to execute in-store events and promotions
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the boutique against competitors
- Work effectively within a high-performing retail team
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions
Qualifications
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Creative and technical expertise in fragrance or prestige beauty (or demonstrated equivalent capability)
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United Kingdom

Retail sales experience is desirable but not required; applications from candidates with amateur-level fragrance or beauty knowledge combined with demonstrated customer service excellence are welcome.
