Le Labo Estore Fulfilment Coordinator position in London, UK. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm on-site role managing online order fulfillment and inventory.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process orders from the e-commerce platform and prepare shipments according to Le Labo's packaging standards, including meticulous hand labeling of creations
- Coordinate dispatch operations to ensure all orders ship within two business days of receipt and arrange carrier pickups in compliance with shipping schedules
- Manage incoming inventory by verifying goods received against purchase orders, recording stock levels, verifying batch code expiration dates, and maintaining accurate product availability on the e-commerce website
- Provide professional telephone customer service, investigate and resolve order-related queries and fulfillment issues, and collaborate with internal teams and the Concierge team on complex requests
- Support high-volume trading periods by efficiently processing significant daily order volume fluctuations and maintaining operational excellence during peak demand
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational skills with demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritise competing work assignments
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and inventory management
- Proven ability to function independently following initial training to complete assigned tasks
- Proficiency with Mac Applications and Microsoft Office
- Experience with e-commerce shipping software platforms

Prior experience in e-commerce fulfillment, order processing, or related warehouse/logistics operations is preferred. Experience with stock availability management and online product systems is advantageous.
