Role & Responsibilities
- Process orders from the e-commerce platform with accuracy and efficiency
- Pick, prepare, and hand-label products according to Le Labo's exacting packaging standards
- Pack and dispatch orders to ensure all international regulations and documentation are properly followed
- Guarantee order dispatch within two business days of receipt
- Coordinate with shipping carriers to ensure timely package pickup
- Receive deliveries and reconcile quantities against purchase orders
- Maintain, replenish, and monitor stock levels and product availability
- Verify batch codes and expiration dates across all inventory
- Update product quantity and availability information on the e-commerce platform
- Deliver professional and responsive customer service via telephone
- Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and order-related issues with tailored solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams and Concierge services to address complex fulfillment and customer requirements
- Support high-volume trading periods with operational efficiency and flexibility
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
