Role & Responsibilities
- Provide consultative, personalized makeup application and beauty consultation to customers in a prestige retail environment
- Deliver inspirational and authentic customer service experiences that educate and delight visitors
- Participate in in-store events and promotional activities to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to compete effectively in the market
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently

Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United Kingdom
