Le Labo seeks a Beauty Advisor for its Heathrow Airport Terminal 2 travel retail location, working full-time for 36 hours. The role delivers personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and maintains visual merchandising standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers, drawing on creative and technical expertise and a passion for people.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store consistently meets visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Ability to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
