La Prairie seeks a Team Leader for its Selfridges counter in London to deliver luxury client experiences, guide team performance and support CRM, sales, treatments and visual merchandising standards. The role also leads Aurora CRM activity, contributes to events and supports business planning in the Business Manager’s absence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example in delivering La Prairie service and consistently meeting personal sales goals.
- In the Business Manager’s absence, support business planning and ensure fluid communication and follow-up across the team.
- Combine beauty treatment expertise and selling skills in the beauty room to achieve KPIs, and support other therapists in doing so effectively.
- Show initiative by identifying and acting on opportunities.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance in the EPOS system for customer records.
- Contribute fully to internal and external events, promoting best-in-class standards and a strong return; follow through energetically to achieve event goals.
- Complete required administration accurately and on time.
- Build approachable, constructive relationships with others.
- Listen effectively and communicate verbally and in writing.
- Stay informed about current and new business initiatives and provide feedback to the Business Manager.
- Use persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Lead Aurora CRM activity within the team, ensuring CRM campaigns and priorities are clearly communicated to Beauty Advisors.
- Support and coach the team in effective day-to-day use of Aurora to build client relationships and drive repeat business.
- Share CRM best practices and encourage consistent, accurate client data capture and follow-up.
- Monitor team CRM engagement and guide improvements in adoption and performance.
- Use Aurora insights to support clienteling, event planning and targeted customer outreach.
- Maintain the counter to brand standards and ensure the beauty room meets luxury standards, working with the visual merchandising team to meet company guidelines.
- Ensure the counter is fully stocked, with products stored by category and shade sequence.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy is desirable but not essential.
- Experience providing high-quality skincare treatments to clients.
- Client-focused and dedicated to providing a luxury experience.
- Polished, approachable and friendly communication skills.
- Dedicated to achieving or exceeding KPIs.
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a small team.
