Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated Go-To-Market and trade activation strategies aligned to brand objectives, launch priorities and retailer calendars
- Translate global brand campaigns into retailer-specific activation plans tailored to local market requirements and deliver omnichannel activation across in-store, online and retail media channels
- Lead the execution of new product launches, hero franchises and key commercial moments, developing retailer toolkits and promotional plans that support visibility, conversion and consumer engagement
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Sales, National Accounts and retail partners, collaborating with Consumer Engagement, Online, CRM and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure aligned execution
- Monitor retail activation performance and campaign effectiveness, analysing retailer and consumer trends to inform future strategies and deliver reporting frameworks with insights and recommendations
- Manage activation timelines, budgets, approvals and operational processes; oversee agency and supplier relationships to deliver high-quality activation programmes whilst ensuring governance and consistency
Qualifications
- Proven experience within trade marketing, retail marketing, Go-To-Market activation or omnichannel marketing
- Strong understanding of the UK and Ireland retail landscape and omnichannel consumer behaviours
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute retailer-specific activation strategies and launch programmes
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers and activation budgets with strong project management and operational planning capability
- Strong commercial awareness balancing brand equity with business performance objectives, supported by financial acumen
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Brand, Online and Retail teams

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, Go-To-Market activation or omnichannel marketing, preferably within luxury, beauty, fashion or premium consumer brands. Demonstrated success developing retailer-specific activation strategies and executing multi-channel launch campaigns.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
