La Mer seeks an Assistant Counter Manager at Harrods in London to support the Store Manager in leading and developing the Sales Associate team and achieving sales, service and operational targets. The role is full-time at 37.5 hours per week.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing the Sales Associate team to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalised customer service.
- Previous supervisory experience, with a proven track record of coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets.
- Retail operations experience, including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
