Kilian Paris seeks a Beauty Advisor for an 18-hour part-time role at Heathrow Terminal 2 in London. The role combines makeup artistry and personalized customer service with team events and visual merchandising, and offers training and development alongside a competitive remuneration and benefits package.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise in makeup artistry to serve customers.
- Collaborate with the team to create impact through in-store events.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards that help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
