Role & Responsibilities

• Contribute to personal and counter sales targets through makeup artistry, customer service, selling skills and product knowledge, engaging, inspiring and empowering customers with Fenty Beauty by Rihanna.
• Contribute personally to brand goals and sales targets.
• Represent the brand professionally and ethically, modelling respect, initiative, enthusiasm and flexibility and following Kendo, brand and Harvey Nichols guidelines.
• Build positive, collaborative relationships with team members and store partners.
• Develop a loyal client base through strong makeup artistry, selling and service skills, delivering a flawless customer experience.
• Use in-depth makeup knowledge to advise customers on suitable products and explain their features and properties.
• Attend initial brand training and other training to stay current on trends, products and offerings.
• Help maintain consistent housekeeping, presentation and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain excellent personal grooming standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a department store environment with a prestige or artistry brand is essential.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and a proven track record in a beauty-selling environment.
• Accomplished, high-level makeup artistry background.
• Experience building a client portfolio.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to listen effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Empathetic and inclusive; confident and professional.
• Informed interest in and genuine passion for beauty.
• Adaptable and flexible, with a drive for results.
• Professional and courteous conduct to maintain a positive brand image.
• Ability to speak knowledgeably about Rihanna.

Experience

At least 1 year of retail experience, including experience in a beauty-selling environment; previous department store experience with a prestige or artistry brand is essential.
