Fenty Beauty seeks an Ecommerce Manager in London to oversee UK website strategy, trading, and performance marketing on Shopify.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own website setup and maintenance of product launches, including product detail page (PDP) optimization, online merchandising (homepages, collections, promotions), and accuracy of online assortment (product catalog, category merchandising, assets, copy, pricing).
  • Ensure brand experience excellence through PDP page development and optimization, homepage updates, and user-generated content (UGC) management.
  • Manage the site content process, including creative briefs for localized campaigns, quality assurance testing, and error-free on-time content deployment.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Ecommerce Manager on the online marketing calendar, encompassing promotions, storytelling initiatives, new product launches, SEO optimizations, and integrated digital marketing strategies.
  • Communicate marketing calendar changes, promotional updates, and product launch information to cross-functional teams on a regular basis.
  • Develop and manage the trade calendar and promotional execution, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts and stakeholder approval.
  • Support sales and stock forecasting for promotions and new product launches.
  • Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting of sales performance, on-site KPIs, campaign metrics, new product launch performance, and demand signals.
  • Plan and secure inventory for promotions and sampling programs to support monthly revenue targets.
  • Support the Senior Ecommerce Manager in defining and activating performance marketing strategy across paid search, affiliates, and media channels.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with external performance marketing agencies, ensuring timely delivery of copy and assets, and QA approval of all activations.
  • Test both functionality and usability of products and content on site to ensure best-in-class brand experiences.
  • Monitor and report site issues, partner with product development to resolve problems, and contribute to the development roadmap and site enhancement prioritization.
  • Provide recommendations on new technologies to enhance the customer journey.
  • Partner with warehouse operations and customer service teams to ensure on-time delivery and on-brand client experience across all touchpoints.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–3 years of professional experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, website management, or online trading roles.
  • Proven proficiency with Shopify (essential).
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Google Analytics experience (preferred).
  • Prior knowledge of HTML or demonstrated interest in learning HTML (beneficial).
  • Detail-oriented and meticulously organized.
  • Advanced analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
