Role & Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories
- Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer lifestyle needs and styling preferences
- Provide personalized styling advice, suggest complementary products, and create complete coordinated looks
- Showcase multiple ways to wear and style products, encouraging customers to explore new aesthetics and combinations
- Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless, engaging checkout experience
- Reinforce and celebrate customer choices, building rapport and inviting repeat visits
