Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales goals and contribute to store performance targets
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge across all Kate Spade categories and communicate brand philosophy effectively to customers
  • Deliver exemplary customer service and curate the ultimate Kate Spade retail experience
  • Build and cultivate a personal clientele through consultative selling techniques, client book management, and proactive outreach
  • Execute all operational tasks in accordance with company directives and maintain heightened accountability as Keyholder
  • Process all point-of-sale transactions accurately and maintain transaction integrity
