Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve individual sales targets and develop a personal client base through effective selling techniques and proactive outreach
- Deliver exemplary customer service by providing the ultimate Kate Spade experience and cultivating strong client relationships
- Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge across all categories and communicate the Kate Spade aesthetic, brand philosophy, and lifestyle to customers
- Execute operational tasks as per company directives, including accurate POS transactions and adherence to visual merchandising standards
- Maintain store standards daily and execute visual directives to uphold brand presentation
