The Stylist delivers exceptional customer service and brand experiences at Jo Malone London’s Stamford boutique, from signature hand and arm massages to wedding consultations and events. The role also supports sales and service goals, boutique operations, opening and closing, store upkeep and housekeeping; it is a 15-hour part-time position.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to every customer and meet service goals.
- Welcome and engage visitors from around the world, showcasing The World of Jo Malone London™ to customers, global colleagues, corporate clients and media contacts.
- Deliver brand experiences and services, including signature Hand and Arm massages, wedding consultations, floral crown activities, graffiti artist events, chocolate tastings and cocktail master classes.
- Maintain the store environment and support store operations.
- Assist with opening and closing the boutique and complete housekeeping duties.
- Understand individual sales and service goals.
